This policy explains what data the YneraxOne giveaway collects, why, and what you can do about it. We only collect what we need to run the giveaway.

01What we collect

From your X account, when you sign in:

Your X user ID, username, display name and profile picture.
Your email address, if X shares it with us.

From your Google account, if you sign in with Google:

Your name, email address and profile picture.

We never post on your behalf and never read your posts, followers or messages.

From taking part in the giveaway:

Your entries, the tasks you start and complete, and when.
Your referral code, who invited you and who you invited.
Anything you submit in a task, such as a wallet address or a text answer.
When you joined and when you last signed in.

02How we use it

To create your account, count your entries and show your progress.
To run the leaderboard and the prize draw.
To prevent fraud, such as multiple accounts, bots or reused wallet addresses.
To contact winners and send prizes.

03What other participants can see

The leaderboard shows other signed-in participants your X username, display name, profile picture, entries and rank. If you invite someone, they may see your username. Your email, wallet addresses and answers are never shown to other participants.

04Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We only share it with services that run the site:

Supabase — our database and sign-in provider, where your data is stored.
X and Google — used only to sign you in.
Our hosting provider — serves the website.

We may also share data if required by law, or to deliver a prize to a winner.

05Cookies

We only use cookies the site needs to work. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Sign-in cookies — keep you logged in.
Invite code — remembers an invite link you opened, for up to 30 days, so it can be applied when you sign in.
Welcome — shows the “signed in” message once, then is removed (1 minute).

06How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as the giveaway runs and for a reasonable period afterwards to deliver prizes and handle questions or disputes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

07Your choices and rights

Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete your data and account. Deleting it removes your entries.
Revoke this app's access at any time in your X settings under Security and account access → Apps and sessions, or in your Google Account under Security → Third-party connections.

08Security

Your data is stored with access controls so that participants can only see their own information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

09Children

The giveaway is only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10Changes and contact
